Headquartered in Tracyton, Washington, The Help was established in late 2008, the result of a series of successful work in the Virtual Assistance industry.  Three other offices, one in Singapore and two in the Philippines, comprise its global reach in pursuing its goal to enhance operational functions and to boost the competitive edge of small to medium sized companies.

My name is Astrid Stanek; I was a part time Virtual Assistant as well as an elementary school teacher in the mid-2000.  Having succeeded in providing administrative support to various clients, I started The Help.  My focus and great attitude on assignments produced excellent output.  As a result, my clients trust me, which translated to a continuing, thriving work relationship.  With the increase of many companies’ administrative functions coupled with the ongoing outsourcing climate, the need for virtual administrative support grew as well.


The Help Team 

The Help Team is quick and on top of its tasks.  It is made up of individuals who are competent; skilled; reliable; possess positive attitude and whose mantra is delivering our best in everything we do!  We are a small group of professionals who are results driven. We are known to hit the ground running!  Flexible with work hours and the nature of each assignment, we make many phone calls on behalf of clients.  We do customer service (through chat and e-mail).  Research, calendar management, and word processing to name just a few of The  Help’s many assets.

We are capable of setting up 25 virtual assistants at any given four to eight- hour shifts; 75 workers for a 24/7 project (25 workers each: day, swing, and Graveyard).

The Help is equipped with computers, high-speed Internet, scanners, and copiers. It has unlimited long distance calling access with an additional 60 countries on international calling.
