The Help is in need of an Office Assistant who is articulate and has an outstanding communication skills. This is an entry level position and even individuals with out prior VA experience is invited to apply .

Office Assistant is responsible for answering and routing incoming phone calls, performing a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, database and administrative tasks, and assisting with office and facilities management services.
Cultural fit is a must. The Office Assistant must demonstrate the ability to listen with understanding, and exhibit a collaborative, team-oriented style. Respect and accurate communication, and “all hands on the rope” are expected. The Office Assistant will be self-motivated, ethical, and a professional at all levels. In addition, the Office Assistant will have high standards for himself/herself and expect the same from fellow employees. It is essential the Office Assistant be mission motivated and committed to excellence.
