Beta Testing @ The Help

Beta Testing @ The Help

We are so gratefbeta testul and honored to be a part of the development of a game software for a known company. Yes you heard it right! Aside from data entry, research, virtual assistance, customer service, technical support, phone calls, e-mail correspondence, scheduling, transcription, bulk mailing /e-mailing, scheduling appointments, writing, editing, social media management, calendar management and accounting we also do Beta Testing!

Software and game applications needs to go through a series of test to make sure that it’s bug-free. Before it gets approval for the official release, it should not skip the final test which is called beta testing. And that’s when we come in. We provide feedback that will help the developers polish and enhance the application or optimize its performance. Our experience and suggestions are indispensable in the future success of a product or an application.

We have completed a couple of beta testing projects before and according to the feedback we received… it’s safe to say, we’ll be playing a lot of games for a LONG LONG time! Sounds fun, right?   This is another chance to prove that we are very flexible with the nature of  our work here at The Help.

In the next few days we’ ll be very busy reviewing this new application (sorry I cannot name it yet) but it will surely be a hit after the release. We are so excited to see how many downloads and likes it can get soon.
